Had a great time installing these.So my girlfriend has an Epiphone Les PAUL SL. To be honest it's a very cheaply made guitar but awesome to learn with. Every time we turned on that guitar it just sounded so wrong, so I decided to add some EMG's....which ones though. So I went with the Crossroads and all of a sudden this guitar finally woke up! Sounds like a real good Mexican strat. I figure that if you install them on a better guitar, it'll sound even better. Today was day 1 playing with these and I can't wait to see what else I can do with this guitar. Awesome job EMG!
