CCouldn’t be happier changed my pickups 3 times looking for right tone I was looking for. Installed this kit and instantly happy fits well in American professional jazz . Had to enlarge rear pick up wire hole on bass body to fit clip through but easy enough. Real thump with vintage growl.

Very nice!I used this set to upgrade an import Fender bass with passive pickups.
As I anticipated, the most difficult part of the installation was outing the body for a battery box and drilling the hole to make the connection from the battery box to the control assembly.
Everything else was a snap!
The EMG pickups are clear and well balanced. The controls are articulate and smooth.
My bass now has a really nice versatile sound palate with precise controls and absolutely no hum or interference.
This is a great system!
