EMG Celebrates 35th Anv. at NAMM 2011

The EMG crew has returned from the 2011 Winter NAMM Show (which set a new attendance record)! To celebrate 35 years in the biz we had over 20 artist appearances, new product expansions and a 35th anniversary celebration that rocked the Hilton on Saturday eve.
Artists on-hand signing autographs included Victor Wooten, Stuart Hamm, Kerry King, Gary Holt, Mike Inez, Chris Jericho, Rich Ward, Rex Brown, Robbie Merrill, Daisy DeLa Hoya, Alexia & Anissa Rodriguez, Wayne Static, David Ellefson, Tosin Abasi, Greg Tribbett, Bobzilla, John “JD” Deservio, Jeff Kindrick, Mike Spritzer, Marty O’Brien and Devin Townsend. Dozens of other EMG artists, technicians and management companies stopped by just to say hello and wish us a happy 35th. It was great to see you all there and get to thank you for your continued support. Cheers to you all!
The highlight of the show was our 35th Anniversary Reception Party at the Hilton, across the street from the convention center. The event was packed with many of our dealers, OEM’s, artists and friends on hand to help celebrate. The night was closed out by our friend Dave Lombardo (Slayer), and some extremely talented vocalists serenading the EMG partygoers with our piano player, performing renditions of "Stairway to Heaven", "Bohemian Rhapsody", "We Are the Champions", and many more favorites.
We’re not done celebrating just yet! Look for more exciting products, contests and announcements throughout 2011...
