Awesome sound

I installed the 35 DC in my Peavey millennium and the tone was unbelievable. I would recommend this pickup for any bass. It has a sweet sound!

Excellent dual coil option with a small footprint!

Installed this pickup into the bridge position of a J bass. blew the tone wide open! I had been looking at Lakland-type setups, with a J pickup in the neck and a MM pickup in the bridge...the only problem being that the MM dual coil pickup is pretty large, requiring one to either cut into the pickguard to route it in the usicMan sweetspot, or just move it closer to the bridge. Either way, I wasn't happy with the prospect of doing either. This 35DC was the perfect solution! I was able to get it in the sweetspot, yeilding Flea-like tones. It can also add a huge bass-boost to the usually trebly bridge J pickup. I can't be happier, as it is not obnoxious to the eyes or ears. Sounds great and as usual, has no parasite noise or grounding issues. Excellent product!
