Per "Sodomizer" Eriksson Bloodbath, Katatonia
Bloodbath was born out of a shared admiration for classic death metal that reigned in the late '80s in the style of early Entombed mixed with Florida death metal scene bands. Literally a "supergroup", Bloodbath shares members with powerhouses Opeth, Katatonia, 21 Lucifers, and Witchery. Guitarist Per Eriksson plays a Mayones Guitar loaded with the EMG-81TW/85 setup. As Per put it, "the setup for bloodbath's fierce and brutal tone is created with a certain amp, a certain pedal and yes - a certain pair of emg pickups because nothing else will do the job for us"
