Neal Tiemann/ Devil Driver
Neal Tiemann has been a professional musician for 11+ years, toured on 4 continents, worked under a multi grammy award winning producer Rob Cavallo (Green Day, The Goo Goo Dolls, My Chemical Romance) as a session guitarist at his home studio, played on dozens of albums (artists include Shinedown, David Cook, Kid Rock, Uncle Kracker, Carolina Liar) a couple of which were platinum selling. He was American Idol winner David Cook's lead guitarist & music director (he also cowrote a song on his self-titled, platinum selling debut; I also have 3 cowrites on his sophomore album and following E.P.) for 3 years. They recorded and released 2 records and one E.P. on RCA, toured everywhere including a USO tour in Iraq & Kuwait and a trip for Fox televsion's "Idol gives back" to Ethiopia, Africa. Next, he played lead guitar for the internationally touring rock band, Hell Or Highwater which included members of Atreyu, The Confession & Thieves and Liars. He wrote and recorded 1 album & an E.P. with them. He also am a founding member of and wrote for the band Burn Halo. He toured with L.A. electronic hard rock act Knee High Fox; including a direct support slot for Marilyn Manson on his Hell Not Hallelujah tour in 2015.
He is now a guitarist in internationally acclaimed metal act, Devildriver. Their new record, 'Trust No One,' debuted at #16 on Billboard. They will be touring in support of this record through 2017.
He's made a slew of T.V. appearances including Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (twice), Good Morning America (3 times), American Idol (5 times), Live with Regis & Kelly (4 times), American Music Awards (2008), The Ellen DeGeneres Show (3 times), Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, The Today Show, The George Lopez Show, The Talk, The Rockefeller Center's Lighting of the Tree Ceremony & Fox's New Year's Eve Bash.
