Rebecca Scammon / Chaotic Negation
Hailing from Maine, Rebecca Scammon started playing guitar when she was ten years old. The instrument grew from hobby to passion when she first heard Steve Vai and was struck with how flowing, melodic and expressive his style is. Although her influences have gotten much more heavy and intense over time, she continues to be drawn to very melodic legato playing and relies on her EMG 808X's to help achieve that sound. She is currently a member of instrumental metal band Chaotic Negation, who will be releasing their debut album later this year.
